Q: Where is Safety Source located?
A: We are located at 29 Gillespie Road, Charlton, Massachusetts 01507 USA.  Click here for driving directions. Our mailing address is P.O. Box 532, Sturbridge, MA 01566-0532. Business hours are Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM EST.

Q: What payment do you accept?
A: Approved open customer accounts, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Should you receive incorrect, damaged, or defective products, please contact customer service within 30 days of delivery, describe the circumstances, and obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Ship the returned item (indicating your RA #) to: Safety Source - Northeast, Attn: Return Processing RA #____, 29 Gillespie Road, Charlton, MA 01507. Safety Source will replace defective items within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygienic considerations, disposable respirators are non-returnable if the package is opened. Diagnostic test kits or special order products are non-returnable. All returns are subject to inspection may be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Q: Do you require a minimum order?
A: No. We offer simple one-price pricing and no minimums, with many items available in broken case quantities.

Q: What if I forgot my log-in password or account number?
A: Contact Customer Service for assistance if you forgot your log-in password or account number, or click on the "Forgotten your password?" option on the login page
, put your email in the box, and we'll email you instructions to regain access.

Q: When can I expect delivery?
A: We normally ship UPS the same day we receive your order for in-stock products ordered by 4PM EST. Next day UPS service is available throughout the northeastern New England region of the United States, including eastern and central New York state and northern New Jersey.

Q: When will I be billed?
A: Your credit card will be billed when your order is shipped. Approved open account customers will be billed when the order is shipped and payment terms are Net 30 Days from date of invoice.

Q: Is your website secure?
A: Yes. We guarantee the security of your personal information when you shop with us.
